A 12-year-old girl suffered a head wound from a stray bullet during Christmas celebrations in the early hours of Thursday. According to initial information obtained by the Argentine News Agency (NA), the incident occurred around 2 AM when the minor was with her family at the door of her house on Pedro Castelli and Madero. Suddenly, she fell to the floor. Her family immediately noticed that the child had blood on her head, so they took her to the San Juan de Dios Hospital. However, due to the severity of the injury, she had to be transferred at 6 AM to the Clínica de la Trinidad in Ramos Mejía, where she remains in the Intensive Care Unit. A medical report stated that the girl is in 'critical' condition because the bullet has an entry hole but no exit, and the shot was fired in the nape of the neck.
